Comprised of a lightweight alder body and loaded with handwound '65-spec Jazzmaster pickups (think grey bobbins!); this offset tribute features a handcarved maple beck, bound Gidgee (native Australian hardwood, denser than rosewood & ebony but less porous and darker than pau ferro) fingerboard with hand-cut block inlays, vintage style frets, Hipshot locking tuners, bone nut, Staytrem bridge (7.5" radius) & arm/collet which has been reamed ever so slightly for fluidity in vibrato use, without play.
Featuring stacked pots and a uniquely wired 'rhythm circuit' that splits the lead circuit from traditional 1meg volume and tone pots to 500k value pots to shave of a hair of treble.
Sprayed in a yellowed 'Sonic Blue' nitro finish that has been hand-checked & aged for an authentic feel of a vintage instrument with modern playability. The neck has been finished in Tru-Oil which feels more like a worn in vintage instrument than modern interpretations presented by other guitar companies in the 21st century.
